Who we are

Mitraworks is a team of two experienced coaches and HR experts who support companies in integrating international professionals – and who can advise, support and accompany them in setting up a location in Europe, drawing on many years of wide-ranging expertise.

As Chief People Officer he helped build international IT sites in Madrid and Sofia and brought together people from 27 nations into shared teams. Out of that experience – and the conviction that integration is more than a contract – Mitraworks was born.

What to expect in Germany

Germany can feel very different from India. Here is what you need to know before you come – and how Mitraworks prepares you for a smooth transition.

🏦 Salary & Benefits

IT professionals in Germany earn €45,300–€90,000 gross/year depending on role and experience. SAP experts with German language skills (B1/B2) can earn significantly more. Add full health insurance, 30 days paid leave, and strong workers' rights. The EU Blue Card opens the path to permanent residency after 27 months.

🗣️ Language

Many IT teams in medium-sized companies work in English. However, knowledge of German is a strong plus, as colleagues within the company speak German and it is very important for your integration – we offer weekly German lessons, so that you feel confident from day one.

🌡️ Culture & Climate

Southern Germany has four distinct seasons. Summers are warm, winters cold. Intercultural coaching helps you navigate German work culture, direct communication styles and social norms.

🏡 Housing in Ulm

Ulm is affordable by German standards. We actively support your housing search and can connect you with our local real-estate network before you land.
